As experienced Communications Professional (15+ years) I am always focused on involving and engaging people through communications that is consistent with brand values and tells the full story. As corporate communications manager I am responsible for the corporate identity and brand reputation of Eurofiber. I strongly believe that every employee has a role in communications and my job is to give him the communications frame, tools and support to do so the best way possible. I am able to analyse the organisation with an outside-in view and translate strategic goals into corporate communications strategy both internal and external. Always trying new and creative ways to engage stakeholders. Connecting easily with all relevant stakeholders on all levels. I believe that keeping an open dialogue with stakeholders is essential for the strategic reputation management of companies.
