By a stroke of luck, my professional career begins with an appreciation for technical support and customer interfacing within the specialised field of ATM (Automated Teller Machines) software. Having achieved the fundamental knowledge required, this eventually led me to a sales and business development roles within the industry. A niche market indeed, however, the payments industry at 360° continues to intrigue me as the market and regulatory mandates continue to change. Since services are fundamental to all industries, at NCR i had the privilege to extend my knowledge to Retail, Telco & Technologies as well as a bit around the travel industry in my various roles covered throughout my tenure.
