About Cleve Daniels

Cleve has held leadership positions as a Navy Veteran and Special Agent in Charge for IRS Criminal Investigation. As a Navy Veteran, Cleve led logistical support for multiple naval installations. As a Special Agent, Cleve conducted and managed investigations involving the detection of tax fraud, mortgage fraud, bank fraud and money laundering activity. Currently, Cleve provides due diligence services for financial institutions reviewing suspicious international and domestic banking transactions involving terrorist financing, money laundering and tax evasion. Currently, Cleve is a MBA recipient seeking exposure as an adjunct instructor specializing in business, criminal justice, and human resources management (Onsite and On-line). Cleve is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina trained in all aspects of contracts and closings, real estate marketing and property valuation. Cleve has led his family through seven relocations, each time buying or selling the family residence. Cleve’s experiences with the real estate buying and selling process, his training, and his financial investigative background makes him uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions that they will make.
