I thrive in helping business leaders, managers, and board members navigate legal complexities, technology law, regulatory challenges, complex contracts/business negotiations, healthcare issues, litigation, employment/personnel matters, and business strategy. I find personal satisfaction in building and helping others build and grow their organizations in ways that drive human flourishing, which I have done at numerous organizations over time, whether building the legal function at an innovative healthcare tech company as General Counsel, building a regulatory enforcement team for the government, building a more effective local court system for the public (and a campaign for office), building successful non-profit programs, or building the inaugural scholarship program for the Texas Academy of Mathematics & Science Alumni Association. In short, I thrive in building relationships, teams, and working in cross-functional environments with experts in various areas in pursuit of a shared mission to improve peoples’ lives and add value, particularly in healthcare and technology.
