About Clif Hunter

I am currently employed by Stratus Networks as a member of the Voice Provisioning team. My main focus for the company is LNP (Local Number Portability), submitting and processing LSRs and handling number porting, Toll Free, CNAM and E911 set up. I have been with the company since September of 2020 and I very much enjoy my role. Prior to Stratus Networks I worked for Windstream for many years. As part of Windstream's NPAC (Number Portability Administration Center) team, my main responsibility was routing telephone numbers to the correct LRN (Location Routing Number) through the Neustar system. In addition, I processed disconnect orders, releasing telephone numbers back to their original carriers, as well as updating CNAM (Caller ID Name) information. Prior to working in NPAC, I worked for Windstream and other company's Customer Service departments, processing customer orders via phone, fax and email. Provided clerical and administrative support, as well as receptionist work. Provided training and supervision as well as designed training programs and classes for new customer service hires.
