Experienced hydrogeologist with greater than 31 years helping clients manage environmental liabilities in the utility, petroleum, mining, chemical manufacturing, transportation, property development, and public works sectors. For the past 13 years focus on water management consulting for mines. Experience includes office operations, project and program management, staff mentoring, NEPA studies, mine water management, ground water flow models of CCR impoundments, environmental, geotechnical, remedial investigation and feasibility studies, waste management, RCRA facility investigations, hazardous material spill response, and mineral resource exploration. Technical specialties include hydrogeologic site characterization, aquifer testing, ground water flow and contaminant transport modeling (including variable density ground water flow in near-shore marine settings), vadose zone modeling, characterization of multiphase fluid flow, and non-aqueous phase liquid investigation and management.
