About Cliff Baker

With over 10 years of professional experience in executive leadership, administrative and program management, quality management, and aerospace medicine, I am a Health Services Manager at United States Air Force, where I oversee the case management for 2,600 reserve airmen across 40 different specialties. I also serve as a liaison between the members and the Air Force Reserve Command Surgeon General for medical evaluation boards, and as a subject matter expert in Department of Defense and Air Force medical policies and procedures. I recently completed my Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration and Management at Western Governors University. I am applying my skills and knowledge in P&L management, budgeting, organizational leadership, and staff supervision to enhance my career prospects and goals. I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician, with a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and Management from Purdue University Global, where I earned the Chancellor's List honor. I am passionate about providing quality health care services to the military and civilian populations, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to improve my performance and outcomes.
