About Cliff Barker
Beginning in Right-of-Way in 2013 I gathered experience in Public Agency projects, Gas and Electric Utility Distribution, and wind development. In 2014 I became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Iowa. After joining JCG in 2016, I predominantly worked with renewable energy developers to oversee the acquisition of land leases for wind and solar projects. I develop long-term relationships with clients through honesty, reliability, project knowledge, and communication skills, and have achieved an SR/WA designation with the International Right Of Way Association.Beginning in 2024 I shifted my focus to the LPA and Public Works sector of ROW, becoming the primary JCG Project Manager for several Iowa cities. I'm an active member of the American Legion at the local, District, State, and National level, and enjoy giving back to my community.
