Experienced Client Care and Client Management Services Team Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the Records and Information Management industry. Skilled in Order Processing, Inventory Management, Destruction Processing and Online Service support. I am always seeking new opportunities to develop and evolve my skills at Oasis Group and have recently undertaken the opportunity to create and manage a knowledge base for internal use. Reacting to an ever changing environment on a daily basis proves challenging, but the end results always make the effort rewarding. Previous employment with Sage Ireland, my skills applied to Sage Line 50 and Sage 50 Accounting support and UK and Irish Payroll Processing support. I successfully completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) focused in Computer Science from Institute of Technology, Tallaght, and in my role at Oasis Group, I am feeling the impact of my studies.
