Extensive experience in Appian software and experience in the Higher Education landscape. Also managing the IT requirements for our RPA program and manage the ServiceNow platform at UOW. Expertise in management of simulator training complex within Defence, meeting agreed contractual requirements and in managing experienced engineering team members. Key responsibilities for developing systems development processes and procedures for Engineering Management Systems, with certification in continuous improvement (Six Sigma). Highly experienced in software and systems development, testing and support. Competent in a wide range of computer platforms and software tools, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Computing.
