About Cliff Byrd

Versatile professional with over fourteen years of experience in strong leadership, assisting individuals, leaders, and teams to grow, improve performance, and optimize their potential to succeed. Currently responsible for Business Development with U.S. Air Force and Naval programs at Warrior solutions for L3 technologies. I am an experienced professional with Marketing and Business Development at L3 Technologies and Juliet Marine Systems. Earning a B.A. Degree in Homeland Security (2015) and is currently at Questrom school of business earning my EMBA. I spent the last 4 years outside the U.S. military demonstrating my experience with teamwork and leadership while working in marketing, operations, product development, and business development departments. A U.S. Navy Veteran with twelve years of military service in naval Special Warfare. Through my professional life, I have proven, strong problem-solving skills and a great deal of experience in leadership and operating in the high-level team. In my last 5 years in the military, I held key leadership positions in the US Naval Special Warfare Command, DEVGRU. During and after my time there, I pushed myself to the highest levels of performance and successfully completed all tasks before me. Some of my responsibilities have been customer development, product development, trips budgeting, planning training, manage ground mobility and maritime operations. From start to finish I have engaged in the research and development of various products at, L3 technologies, JMS and my time in the military. If I may share a personal belief: the mission (or task) is everything. I do everything I can to be fully committed, personally and professionally. The relationships we build and grow become an asset in the company and to what we do. This is the key to building something bigger than us.
