In my time here, I’ve: • Hired and onboarded 30+ staff • Supervised daily operations across multiple locations • Managed payroll, inventory control, and mobile clinic functions • Led monthly provider schedule coordination and patient volume reporting • Played a key role in launching new clinic sites • Partnered with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement new policies and workflows • Trained team members on updated procedures and operational processes • Acted as a trusted liaison to the VP and Director of Clinic Operations Widely recognized as a dependable, flexible team player, I take pride in supporting team success, even beyond defined responsibilities.
