About Cliff Carpenter

First and foremost, I am a people person. My greatest passion in life and work has always been to help others, thus, it has been a blessing to offer my help to so many individuals and families in the financial services and banking industry. As a Private Client Banker at KeyBank, my role allows me to pursue this great passion. At KeyBank, we conduct financial wellness reviews to help people take a look at where they are financially. We then ask where they want to go. From there we're able to offer recommendations specific to them to help them reach their goals and live a life of financial peace. I currently hold my Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 and Life and Health licenses. On the banking side, I'm able to help with any type of lending, such as mortgages, refinances, 2nd position lending (HELOCS, HLOANS), auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, checking and savings accounts. I'm also able to help with debt consolidation and credit building strategies. I'm in the business of networking and am always looking to establish business relationships or center of influence relationships. I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Risk Management. While in school, I was also a proud member of the Portfolio Management Group, managing a virtual $1million virtual portfolio. Outside of school, I performed all around Colorado with a band for many years, performing with some amazing artists at beautiful venues. I've spent most of my working life in customer service and hospitality settings including hotels and restaurants, so banking is right at home for me. My whole life I have valued being an honest individual and as hard working as possible. I have strived to stay fit and active which has taught me about self-will and determination.
