About Cliff Coryea

I'm a Technical Writer and Instructional Designer with ten years of experience in IT certification and desktop software training. The core of my professional background is in QA testing and product support. I have extensive experience in managing PC hardware and operating systems, setting up testing physical and virtual testing environments, and troubleshooting configuration issues. My testing process has consisted largely of evaluating training from a student perspective, then providing constructive edits and feedback: this experience has given me practical skills in a variety of software and IT topics, and a unique perspective as a writer and designer. Additionally, I have strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, and I've responsibilities including catalog management, digital product distribution, and installing and testing content for a Learning Management System. Above all, I learn quickly, and adapt well to new systems and processes.
