I am a confident and outgoing EHS Safety Manager with experience, as a time served Safety Manager with excellent managerial, supervisory and Safety Skills. I have excellent Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and a professional manner when dealing with Clients and work colleagues. I have Incident Management, Inspection and Industrial Safety practical experience and the ability to assist with, and produce Safety documents. My first language is English, I have experience in working on Pharmaceutical, Renewable Energy, Power Plants, Industrial and Housing construction projects, while plants are live and new builds, carrying out site visits and audits and Risk Management. I am an excellent team player with good man management skills with the ability to coach and mentor, and the self-motivation to work in a standalone role. As a Safety Manager I believe that problem solving and the ability to foresee and maintain high quality Safety standards, along with a good Safety work ethic and believing in doing things the right way, not taking short cuts, is what company's depend on when looking after the Safety of their employees, that’s why procedures are put in place.
