About Cliff Duff

I have enjoyed several project manager positions with Local Authorities. This included chairing an Energy and Fuel Poverty Partnership and managing delivery of a Local Authority Affordable Warmth Strategy. I currently deliver Retrofit Advice to households as part of the Groundwork Regional Retrofit project. I previously worked for Citizens Advice as their Energy Champion delivering a Redress funded energy advice programme. I am highly motivated, my area of expertise and experience is operational and strategic delivery of a wide range of local and national fuel poverty and regeneration programmes to provide warmer, healthier homes for residents along with reducing levels of fuel poverty and greenhouse gas emissions. I have been responsible for successfully leading a team for the strategic delivery of a wide range of domestic energy efficiency and regeneration programmes, these include: I can develop strategic objectives and grow award winning partnership projects with a wide range of external partner organisations. I have successfully accessed and delivered a wide range of external funding bids. I am proud to have won several national awards including National Energy Champion in 2022 and National Energy Efficiency Award in 2022. I am a qualified Retrofit Coordination, Retrofit Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor and was responsible for establishing and maintaining a countywide SAP energy database
