I am a Partner at Lewis Silkin LLP, a leading law firm for creative, innovative, and brand-focused businesses. I have over 25 years’ experience in advising clients on digital media, brand entertainment, technology, and innovation, as well as leading the firm's Media & Entertainment practice and sitting on the Partnership Board responsible for innovation. I am a recognised expert and leader in my field, ranked in the Legal 500 in its Hall of Fame with global subject matter expertise on new forms of rights & catalogue acquisitions and exploitation. In addition to my legal practice, I am the founder and Managing Director of Eleven Advisory, a strategic and commercial advisory firm for media companies in music, sport, film, and entertainment. I help clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Rights recognition technology, and immersive entertainment, and leverage my extensive network of contacts and partners in the industry. I am also passionate about supporting the creative community and the next generation of talent, and I serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Help Musicians, the charity for musicians in need and Chair of Music Minds Matter, its sister Charity, which focuses on the well-being of the entire music ecosystem and industry and Chair of Music Technology UK.
