I am proficient in managing all aspects of a project, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, contracting, permitting, reporting, risk analysis, and quality control. I also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to build trust and confidence with customers, vendors, inspectors, and building departments. I am passionate about ensuring safety and compliance, preventing and resolving problems, and leading and supporting my team.
