A business leader that enjoys positively contributing to the built environment, Cliff offers over 20 years of experience in the property and infrastructure industry. Cliff is currently a Vice President for Brookfield Properties. His role includes being responsible for the development within the Elizabeth Quay precinct of a 29-storey premium grade office tower at One The Esplanade and a 19-storey premium grade office tower at Nine The Esplanade. Cliff also has oversight of a number of other prospective new developments in the broader Perth CBD, and represents Brookfield Properties on the Property Council Divisional Council and the Cities and Emerging Precincts Committee. Prior to Cliff’s current role with Brookfield Properties, he was the Regional General Manager WA, SA, NT for property and infrastructure consultancy APP Corporation. In this role his achievements included development of APP Corporation’s Western Australian office into one of the largest property and infrastructure consultancies in the state, from start-up. He has sound business development skills and enjoys developing and working in high performing teams in business and development contexts. His leadership capability is supplemented by extensive experience in property and infrastructure development covering a broad range of public and private sector investments of state and national significance.
