About Clint Barger

My background in commercial roofing began after I graduated from college and joined Siplast, which is recognized as one of the most respected manufacturers in the industry for SBS modified bitumen, PVC single-ply, and PMMA liquid-applied roof membranes, as well as lightweight insulating concrete roof decks. During the 20+ years I have spent with Siplast I have held a number of positions that gave me both technical sales and technical design experience. My primary functions consist of providing technical sales support, as well as working directly with designers and contractors to determine the most appropriate roofing solution for their design criteria. My daily functions include: generating, proofreading, and editing architectural specifications, technical letters, and guarantee documents for the company’s sales districts throughout the nation. I am also in charge of maintaining and managing the company’s specification services and Roof Assessment and Remediation Program. This position has allowed me to be encounter a variety of unique design issues in virtually every region of the country. I have also earned a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification through IIBEC.
