I am a United States Marine Corps Officer with demonstrated success in leadership and program/project management positions across multiple unique fields of expertise-I have a bias for action with the ability to balance long range planning with the leadership skills to manage ever changing complex real-time problem sets-I am a success driven individual who thrives on challenges and taking an organizational vision to completion-I enjoy teaching and leading, as well as being part of a team where success is valued. I have extensive experience in the unique fields of Unmanned Aviation as well as surface and aviation fire support. Throughout the past decade of military service, I have lead hundreds of Marines and civilian contractors, as well as managed multi-million dollar programs/projects and other initiatives in both combat operations as well as the garrison training environment. I have demonstrated experience in operational planning, military advising across joint and international barriers, team building, and thriving in a resource constrained environment. Throughout this time I have truly learned how to establish a winning culture, be adaptable, and succeed.
