About Clint Fransen

As a global security, operational resiliency and crisis leader I get to experience first hand the physical, resiliency and cyber risks that corporations face everyday. I closely partner with C-Level Management and frequently work with board members. My roles have had me in Chief Security Officer (CSO) type positions. As our industry evolves to face more risks from climate change, I am excited about building and maintaining compliant resilient organizations using best practices and standards such as ISO 22031, FFIEC, and RegSCI. I have been working in the Continuity, Crisis & Emergency Management, and Security field for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining the OCC, I was the Director of Security Operations and Resiliency at CDK Global. Prior to that, I was the Director of Business Resiliency at Sears Holdings, overseeing the global Crisis Operations and Business Continuity Programs. In addition, I worked for both public and private sector consulting firms on projects related to Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery. I have experience with all levels of government, Fortune 100 companies, and a wide range of industries. I am certified as a Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
