I am very humbled and excited to have been appointed as the National Indigenous Engagement Manager for the Woolworths Group. This role aligns with me both personally and professionally, given my heritage and the energy and commitment invested into this area of work as an organisation.Whilst living and working on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, my proud heritage extends to the Ballardong Boodja in Western Australia.I am responsible for leading engagement with our Indigenous team members, customers, partners, and communities across Australia in this new role. I also am responsible for embedding best-practice Indigenous engagement within Woolworths Group and supporting the sustainable delivery of our Reconciliation Strategy.My career with Woolworths has spanned more than 25 years. I have been fortunate to lead and hold numerous projects and roles across various business streams, including Commercial, People, Operations, Risk and Safety and our Reconciliation SteerCo.
