A graduate of a Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Passionate about serving others and contributing my best efforts to make a difference in the health care field and in each patient’s experience with the following skills: • Administering physiotherapy modalities such as passive stretching, soft tissue release, IFC, laser, ultrasound and educating patients on proper use of assistive devices/gait aids • Focusing on client-centered treatment with knowledge in creating individualized plans for weight training, cardio, yoga, and diet • Employing therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises, instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities including non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and activities of daily-living • Knowledge of healthcare operations, anatomy, and medical terminology • Highly organized and result oriented professional with a strong sense of flexibility in adapting to a constantly changing environment • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet Research • Language Proficiency – Excellent communication skills in English and beginner level French
