Howdy! As of November 2024, I have joined Northern as an Alliance Manager. I promote Northern within its partner network while actively managing inbound and outbound activities. I ensure that we remain compliant with certification, lead, and revenue targets to maintain strategic partner levels. My focus is on generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships to drive Northern's growth through collaborative lead development and partner engagement. Background: I spent six years climbing the corporate ladder at TD Bank before diving into the world of tech in July 2021. My first job in tech was with Retention.com, during the glory days of B2B SaaS. As their Director of Customer Success, I founded the team and helped grow the business from $3M to $12M ARR in < two years. Before leaving the company in August 2024, I had the privilege of spending six months as a Sr. Partner Manager, where I managed a portfolio of 100+ partner accounts, including some of the top agencies in eCommerce. Through genuine relationship-building, a focus on the partner experience and building scalable processes, I played a key role in revitalizing their diminishing partnerships division. Ethos: I'm a get-stuff-done type of person and a big picture thinker. I'm not afraid to dive into the weeds to find answers. I challenge the status quo and go against the grain to achieve results. When passionate about a project, I go above and beyond. I excel in environments where I feel empowered and trusted, and I know how to prioritize tasks while staying agile. Although I thrive in fast-paced startups, I understand the importance of quality processes for scaling organizations. Trained on the EOS framework, I excel in operational excellence, improving processes, and empowering employees with the knowledge they need. Customer-centricity is my state of mind. I aim to improve the experience for every partner and client, operating with a "treat others like you want to be treated" mindset and expecting excellence in working relationships. I nerd out over CRMs, I'm hyper-organized and task-oriented. That said, working in tech has honed my ability to adjust to change and make quick decisions. My success is owed to my organization and consistently delivering on expected outcomes. Outside of work: I own a music business, I'm a performing artist (Pats!), hiking enthusiast, basketball player, vinyl & blu-ray collector, churro lover, and fiancé to a lovely woman. Most importantly, I'm a journey embracer. The destination can wait 🤙
