Experience supporting security, VPN, IPSEC point-to-point and hub and spoke services using Fortinet hardware. Experience supporting hotel guest data access LAN's, wireless access and RIP cable modem access for small to medium sized business customers. Experience with technical writing, project management, web hosting, VB scripting, MySQL, Linux, DNS, Windows, Microsoft Office, Remedy, VNC, RDP, and Android.
