Today Clinton leads 4 areas with his one of his 3 companies, Canadian Ecotourism Services (CES): Indiginous and Urban centres Tourism Planning & Development, Cultural Preservation & Advocacy, Training & Capacity Building and Community Planning & Development. Clinton is a leader in developing unique plans, curriculum and strategies. An innovator and powerful source for preserving culture and creating tourism destinations. Clinton also owns CREAETFUL Spaces inc, a shared office space for creative people to collaborate and work together. The office is a state of the art newly designed space in Winnipeg's Exchange District that encourages a healthy hybrid working alternative. Lastly, CB Powers enterprises LTD Clinton conducts business advisory services. Clinton’s core skills provide him with an ability to provide integrated solutions for a wide variety of small businesses as an advisor it allows him to do what he loves most: inspiring entrepreneurs to build their businesses with pride and prosperity! Clinton also actively manages large-scale developments and collaborates in a wide variety of industries to ensure the best results for his clients. He believes that his client’s success can never be compromised and his reputation precedes this. Clinton develops and manages business plans, master plans, tourism plans, community projects, and interactive training programs. Clinton has held various top-level positions within the service sector, including: Director of Operations for the Vintage Hospitality Group, Director of Training and Standards at the Manitoba Tourism Education Council (MTEC), Director of Standards and Certification at the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC)- Manitoba Jurisdiction, Founding Partner and President of Absolute Customer Services Group and President and CEO of CES Over the past 25 years, Clinton has: Trained, coached and mentored over 600 individuals in small business Developed and delivered over 100 workshops for organizations on models and motivational tools Implemented a Tourism Training Program for the University of Concepcion in Chile Co-produced and delivered the first International Conference on Ecotourism - Chile International management experience – China, South Africa, Chile, Mexico Opened and trained the staff for 5 hotels Specialties: Entrepreneurship Project Management Innovation & Technology (APPS) Product Development Tourism Development Aboriginal Community Development Coach and Advisor Master Planning Workshop Facilitation Standards Development Economic Development Cultural Preservation
