For more than five years with Comtech, I served in a combined Project Manager and Technical Support Lead working with customers to implement mission critical emergency communications solutions, as their go-to-resource from start to finish. Once the solution was implemented, I served as their point-of-contact supporting the applications by providing issue resolution. I have the ability to conduct comprehensive technology assessments to identify business challenges/gaps then recommending and implementing solutions, scalable process improvements and risk mitigation practices to optimize efficiency. My solid business combined with my strong technical acumen allows me to align services, processes, and tools through strategy, design, integration, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about transforming legacy systems; driving modernization, standardization through emerging technologies.
