I enjoy applying an analytical and deep understanding of industry and business objectives to legal analysis, and translating risk assessments into guidance for change and process implementation. I integrate legal positions and with business operations and established cross-functional processes and compliance programs. I have extensive experience as a litigator, where I developed a passion for crafting strategies to resolve disputes involving complex business issues. In the adversarial process of litigation, I found success approaching all parties involved strategically and respectfully. This approach has served me well as General Counsel when applied to a wide variety of business issues. Outside of the office, I am a father of four, husband to a kick ass lawyer, and a pilot.
