When teams are clear, organized, and supported, good work gets done. That’s what I focus on every day. I’m Clinton Polec, a Project Coordinator who helps construction projects stay on track by keeping communication clear, timelines realistic, and details under control. I work closely with teams in the field, office staff, and vendors to make sure nothing gets missed and everything moves forward the way it should. At Grassroots Landscaping & Irrigation Ltd, I help manage large-scale landscape construction projects across Alberta. I coordinate daily operations, support bidding and scheduling, and assist with logistics, permits, and compliance. Here’s where I add the most value: Keep projects running smoothly by coordinating people, timelines, and resources Build trust through clear communication, steady follow-through, and problem-solving Support safe, organized, and budget-conscious operations from planning to completion I’ve worked across both field and office environments, with experience in logistics, safety, and procurement. That mix helps me understand what people need on the ground and how to support them behind the scenes. Outside of work, I chair a local Geo-Caching Club and stay involved in my community through the Medicine Hat Food Bank and other nonprofit organizations in the area.
