I have been working in United Online Software Development India Pvt. Ltd.(UOL) as an Assistant Manager for the CRM-SA Department. My total experience in all has been about 20 years with a major part being associated with UOL i.e. 18+ years. My current job responsibility has been to manage the Customer relationship management (CRM) Team handling Security, Anti-Spam, Anti-Fraud, Billing and Technical operations besides Development tasks. Processing a zeal for process improvements, I have worked diligently to master the art to automate operations, resolving technical issues and fixing bugs. Having a flair to self-learn software technologies, I have acquired expertise in PERL, CGI scripting, web designing including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap. In the recent year, we have focused our attention towards converting standalone PERL scripts to web based CGI scripts and migration of all applications from Oracle to MySQL. As part of AntiFraud initiatives, I have developed scripts for automating the daily analysis of data as well as reporting. Today most of the AntiFraud tasks are almost self driven. Over years, I have acquired skills in analyzing data and identifying fraudulent activities, also gained expertise in Anti-Fraud Technologies and detection. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I have encouraged my fellow team members to acquire skills that I possess and empowered them to handle operations individually.
