I am a Solicitor and partner at Leonard Gray LLP and am the head of our Private Client Team. I provide advice on probate, wills and Inheritance Tax matters I deal with probate matters regularly and and understand the difficulties in dealing with the estate of a loved one or close friend. I have a lot of experience in dealing with the administration of high value estates and in the application of relevant reliefs such as Agricultural Business Property Relief and Business Property Relief in relation to Inheritance Tax. My firm is part of the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQs). This shows that we follow best practice procedures to meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in providing tailored wills and probate advice. Other areas I deal with are as follows: Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property/Finances and Health/Welfare) Trust creation, administration and winding up Estate Planning Court of Protection/Office of the Public Guardian work to include registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and general applications to include authority for gifts and Statutory Wills/Codicils.
