I am an executive infrastructure professional and senior leader with over 20 years’ experience across multiple major infrastructure projects in Australia and the United Kingdom. I have worked with large scale, multi-disciplinary organisations, programs, projects and business transformations across numerous sectors, primarily in health, transport and education, for both public and private clients. I have a strong track record working diligently with clients on large complex projects and programs right across the delivery lifecycle. I am known to be highly personable, trusted and I bring a high-quality focus to all his projects and engagements. As well as delivering projects and supporting clients, I have supported my employers transform and optimise their businesses through playing a leading role in Strategic and Business Development initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership teams this has delivered significant results and enhanced organisational maturity. Utilising my comprehensive Advisory and Project Management skill sets I have worked on some of Victoria’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects and transactions. I have a proven track record of working closely with executives and senior leaders to achieve targeted and valued-adding outcomes. This has included organisational design and PMO establishment, business case authoring and management, as well as advisory and project management services across the full project lifecycle for major projects such as the North East Link Project, Metro Tunnel Project, RAF Base (UK) Fire Station redevelopment, major Hospital and car park expansions and most recently the $1.1bn, Frankston Hospital redevelopment project. I enjoy working closely with clients to understand the strategic driving forces, support organisational and program establishment and then tailors’ services for a 'best for client and project' outcome.
