About Clive Mathe

As an aeronautical engineer by profession, a real-world problem solving enthusiast, an entrepreneur and an inventor, my focus is always set at coupling applicable innovation, and entrepreneurship to help solve the complexities in our African economy. For me this has meant learning all I can on a continual basis, applying what I have learnt to efficaciously bring desirable results in as many projects I am involved in, and learning from the inefficiencies and mistakes that I face during the whole process. My close involvement with other team-members in previous projects have provided a wonderful take-off in this professional journey. I always try to learn something good from everyone. I try to associate myself with great minds, and that way I challenge myself to grow, and in the process develop both in ability, skill, and character. I am naturally a problem solver, very analytical and have a pronounced devotion to detail. My short-term goals are set at increasing my competency as an engineer, an entrepreneur and a leader. Beyond this point, I will champion best engineering, entrepreneurial and leadership practice.
