As a seasoned creative leader, I have progressive experience directing diverse teams to drive successful initiatives related to integrated marketing, brand management, product development, and rebranding. By combining my abstract thinking skills with the collective creative talents of my team, I lead the development of winning brands, marketing campaigns, and product concepts that resonate with internal and external stakeholders. I also maintain a cohesive visual identity across all branding assets, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints by defining robust brand identities, guidelines, and design systems. At Element 6, for instance, I initiated lunch and learns as well as a peer mentorship program to promote knowledge sharing. I also organized team building activities and regularly touched base with staff members to ensure high morale. By adopting these approaches, I had a track record of success throughout my career. Here are a few highlights: Executed the successful development of the SMART FS product at Element 6; conceptualization to client acquisition took less than six months. Established the six-figure Element 6 brand, acquiring key clients such as Hitachi. Achieved 98%+ customer satisfaction and 0 voluntary staff attrition at Tyger Shark.
