My role is to coach, develop and manage a team of 20 field sales specialists who lead and support large, complex sales of BT's core, mobility, ICT and converged products and services for BT Local Businesses nationwide. In doing this, my team and I drive new revenue growth and deliver strong customer satisfaction. I am motivated by helping people to smash targets, to deliver more than they thought they were capable of and to delight customers. Key to my role is having a knack for fostering mutually beneficial, strategic relationships within BT with senior managers and directors, and an ability to motivate sales teams, driving high performance. Customer satisfaction is a core priority for me and BT so delivering win-win solutions for the client, BT and the BT Local Businesses is critical to success. I have consistently exceeded personal and team targets since joining BT in 1993, resulting in three key wins on BT's elite sales performance incentives programme. I have over 13 years' experience of sales management in both direct and indirect channels, in addition to nine years' experience as a successful, high performing sales professional.
