An MBA with considerable operational experience at board level including; strategy, leadership, transformation projects, major technology implementations and all supporting functional areas. • Transformation & Process Improvement – considerable experience in developing and implementing numerous process improvement and strategic transformation programmes across large transactional (accounting, IT), call centre and manufacturing environments. Earlier experience included developing and executing Six Sigma and Lean projects in similar operational streams. • Outsourcing – recently acted as programme director for the UK’s largest property outsourcing, where Property Managed was outsourced to present employer CBRE. Previous experience included outsourcing a full client accounting function and IT functions to low cost and environment. Responsibilities ranged from legal and contractual negotiations, programme management, delivery of IT solution including client facing (CXO) management. • Information Technology – developed a number of IT programmes and solutions, most recently the implementation of an end to end procurement system. Experience to date has included ERP implementations, portal, workflow, with a focus around mainly implementing IT solutions to increase productivity and efficiency. Presently involved in rolling a global client portal on a Sharepoint platform.
