I specialise in Go to Market with new solutions including direct and indirect partner led market engagements. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of Strategic Projects, Programme Delivery, Business Operations, full Product Lifecycle Management, GTM, Acquisitions and Alliances. I am creative, dynamic, resourceful and commercial with extensive Product and Solutions Development knowledge, Product Engineering and Global Go to Market experience. My expertise has developed in the software, technology and consulting services sectors for both National and International Banking, Insurance and the major financial services consulting markets. Recently I have been working with VC/PE backed companies in various COO and CPO roles delivering their Product Development, Product Engineering and maturing their organisations’ Target Operating Models and Go to Market execution. The markets I have experience in include the Fintech and Insurtech Markets. I have successfully implemented GTM strategies across LATAM, USA, Europe and MEA, leading to net new business.
