About Clodagh Fox

Extensive backound in Financial services, having started working in EBS in 2007. My first role was in Savings and Investments, during this time I gained alot of experience on how the financial Industry operates. In 2008 I started my role in Human Resources in the area of Learning and Development. During my 6 years in this area I completed a four year honours degree in Human Resources in Dublin Institute of Technology and a certificate in Personal Practice in the National College of Ireland. I am also an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personel Development (CIPD). Having obtained my qualifications this gave me the opportunity to progress in my role.During the 6 years my role had expanded as had the level of responsibility entrusted upon me. During this time EBS under went a merger with AIB, this gave me further opportunity to progress in my role as a change ambassador between the two organisations. Being apart of such a significant change has enhanced my skills further and has proven my ability when faced with challenges and changes on significant scales. I recently completed a year in the United States where I was given the opportunity to work with two fantastic organizations. The experience and knowledge I have gained from my Year in the U.S. has given me the scope and scale to experience all aspects of the HR umbrella. I am a results orientated Individual who thrives on challenges and change with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
