Hi, I’m Cloe a Product Designer who balances usability and impact by designing thoughtful, scalable solutions that drive real outcomes. My sweet spot is designing intuitive, research-backed experiences that make people’s lives easier - especially in the SaaS space, where even small UX wins can drive huge impact. At the heart of it, I’m driven by solving the right problems and doing it in a way that genuinely makes life better for the people who use our products. At Kolmeo (PropTech B2B SaaS), I’ve led strategic design initiatives that simplify property management for hundreds of users. A few proud moments: • Founded and lead Kolmeo’s optimisation program delivering high-impact improvements, boosting customer NPS and projected to save Kolmeo over 100 hours annually by eliminating manual workarounds • Designed a smarter way to manage changes to rental inspections, reducing clicks by 36% and streamlining key workflows for property managers • Designed a rent increase tracking feature that saves time, reduces manual work and improves reporting accuracy which saw 59% account adoption within the first 2 weeks Before Kolmeo, I designed across health, government, and PropTech at DEPT® (digital design agency). Highlights: • Led a team of 7 designers as Chapter Lead, driving strong culture and design quality • Crafted the foundation for Victoria’s digital drivers licence, now used by over 1 million people • Designed an AI-powered tool for doctors to cut down documentation time and refocus on patient care • Redesigned Lifeline’s Beyond Now app to improve accessibility for people in crisis • Shaped the future of property settlements through large-scale research and concept testing with PEXA Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors in country Victoria or geeking out over the latest tech and design trends.
