About Cloe Wang

I see everything happens in life as a change project. I enjoy thinking of ways to assist people to go through the change curve, let go of the past, and engage with a different future. I’m passionate about delivering benefits and introducing changes in a positive way, always manage tasks, and lead people to ensure both are aligned to deliver the desired outcome. And nothing is more joyful than watching people transforming and adapting new technologies to make both their life and work more effective and efficient. Working with state and local government customers for more than a decade, I helped many councils, libraries, department educations, public health, etc to transform not only the technology also the culture. I’m comfortable with ambiguity and like to work from concept to tangible deliverables. It’s a fascinating journey similar to my favourite sports running. It’s the best sports ever, I could be biased but I’m not wrong. I like to start the run and not knowing how long I will run for and where I’m heading, step by step, my goal becomes clearer, and how I measure success becomes stronger. I’m a PROBLEM SOLVER! Gallup Character analysis refers to “restorative”. And my other strengths including Positivity, Relator, Empathy, and Communication. I could be a good therapist if I ever lose interest in IT I guess. Outside of work, I help Female in IT and Telecommunication (FitT) to manage different corporate sponsors, a not for profit organisation committing to create a voice for women in ICT by partnering with industry leaders in Information and Communications Technology to drive the gender diversity agenda in Australia.
