About Clyde Greene

I have gained over 20 years’ experience in the people management and employee engagement space, and this time has provided a diverse understanding of the key aspects, requirements and challenges involved in contemporary, progressive and best practice Core HR functionalities and Strategic and Business Operations. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with the Westpac Banking Corporation, Colonial State Bank, Bendigo Bank Ltd and Bank of Queensland. Having extensive experience leading managers and teams, I am confident in my approach and capabilities to partner with the business to achieve high performing results. I consider myself to be an adept natural leader encouraging my teams to think strategically as well as creatively, to harness inspiration and motivation. I have proficiently led, managed and driven operational teams to support the business with process changes and developments from large improvement initiatives to incremental, continuous improvement initiatives consistently applying a dynamic and collaborative approach. I have led operational teams to successfully support the business with the introduction of new initiatives, organisational restructures and major new system implementations. To ensure ongoing success and paramount support, I review systems and support as priority; identifying potential risks, roadblocks and opportunities to configure internal processes to be as lean and agile as possible, so the teams can be at their most productive and deliver high performance goals whilst working to people’s strengths.
