Senior Project Manager | Vendor Management Expert | Strategic Visionary With nearly a decade of experience at Google Cloud, I bring a wealth of expertise in vendor management, project leadership, and strategic planning. My career has been defined by a passion for driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business goals. At Google Cloud, I managed key vendor relationships with industry leaders such as Cognizant, Telus, Webhelp, Accenture, Sutherland and others. My role involved executing vendor contracts, negotiating rates and terms, and ensuring customer service KPIs were consistently met and exceeded. I led multiple high-impact projects, including: redefining customer service levels, optimizing support workflows (reducing phone time, increasing customer satisfaction, AI driven knowledge management, account recovery operational redesign, organizing Cloud Support summits. My approach to work involves integrating perspectives from various sources to create a holistic understanding of business challenges, and I believe in the power of a unified vision to drive success. As I look to the future, I’m open to tech roles similar to my past experience but also eager to apply my skills in new industries focused on making a societal impact. I’m particularly interested in sustainability, healthcare, housing, and education. While I’m considering opportunities with big tech companies, I’m equally drawn to local Dutch startups where I can contribute meaningfully.
