As a Business Agent with SEIU Local 668, I independently manage nearly members across 34 worksites, lead contract negotiations, and guide employees through grievance and arbitration processes. I bring a strong background in policy interpretation, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex, high-pressure systems. My earlier experience in public benefits and healthcare shaped a people-first approach grounded in equity, compliance, and results.
