About Coby May

Seeking opportunities to have a conversation with anyone in the sports world to learn from your experiences and build a strong network that’s sets myself up for a strong foundation following my education and athletic career. A little bit about me as of right now, I work for my family’s company which operates in the Denver Metro Area and is Rogue Security Property Protection LLC and I created the website for it as well. I also am a full time student at Colorado Mesa University, where I chose to continue my athletic career as a Kicker for the football team. My major is Sports Management and my minor is Coaching and Officiating as well as Business Administration. My passion and love for the game as a player paired with the opportunities I’ve seen it create for people on and off the field, is why I hope to work in the world of football one day. I have been grateful to be around a few great coaches and have a very good instillment of the understanding of teamwork and the idea of leadership. While being a student athlete I have also been determined, hard nosed, and developed my time management. I see myself as an intern, scouting assistant (college or pro), graduate assistant, ultimately hoping to one day be someone specializing in player management; between acquisitions, retention, or player engagement. Ranging from anything that benefits the organization as a whole and achieves the goal set in front of myself and those I’m working with. Adding an aspect of being in the locker room and being a person that understands the dynamics present, I feel I can add a lot to any organization that takes a chance on someone with football knowledge that is always coachable and willing to do anything to learn.
