Experienced BSA Officer, responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program and ensuring that all banking activities are performed in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and all applicable federal, state and local regulations, and internal policies. Responsible for performing various audits and for performing administrative duties to support the audit function. Responsible for identifying areas of operational risk relating to losses from internal and external crime, such as fraud, and determining the appropriate risk management strategy to mitigate those exposures related to identified risks.
