About Codie Rollag

I am an experienced educator with a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Over the past 8 years, I've developed strong skills in instructional technology integration, curriculum development, data-driven instruction, and collaboration — always with a focus on building positive, trusting relationships. Now, I'm excited to bring my strengths in organization, leadership, problem-solving, and communication into new areas like education support, training, technology, customer success, or project coordination. I'm known for my adaptability, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. I love creating engaging, supportive environments where people feel empowered to reach their full potential. I'm always eager to learn, innovate, and make a positive impact wherever I go.
