Before stepping into management, I built a strong foundation in production planning and finance, working with several multinational companies including Emerson, Office Depot, Eckerle, SAB Miller, and Sanex. One of my key strengths is creating a trustworthy and inclusive work environment. I naturally focus on what drives and inspires people, fostering open communication and a positive mindset that helps teams enjoy their work and stay engaged. As a manager, I emphasize teamwork, support, open dialogue, and mutual respect—while keeping a strong focus on delivering results. I believe that high performance comes from empowered and motivated teams. Over the years, I’ve developed core leadership skills such as motivating others, talent development, succession planning, time management, customer focus, and building effective teams. I’m also experienced in managing work under pressure, leading improvements, and navigating challenges with composure and resilience. Beyond my main responsibilities, I’ve also been involved in roles that enrich my leadership journey—serving as a Motivational Board Coordinator, Employee Representative, and Mentor to colleagues.
