About Codruta Jipa

I have achieved my Bachelor’s degree in Targu-Mures University of Theater Arts and I will graduate in the summer of 2022, ROFESSIONAL CONVERSION IN THE PEDAGOGY OF PRIMARY AND PRESCHOOL EDUCATION -University of Bucharest - Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Bucharest. In the last two years I was working as a teacher in GYMNASIUM SCHOOL NO.1 BRAGADIRU, Romania (students aged 6-7) and now, I am working in GYMNASIUM SCHOOL 135, Bucharest Romania( students aged 8-10). My experience in the said schools brought me much learning especially in giving instruction and supervision, taught me how to professionally deal with various situations that have got something to do with school matters such as dealing with the parents and guardians of the students as well as working on school activities that involve the out of school community. I was able to develop my communication skills and my pedagogy and I believe that it helped me be more prepared to a greater challenge which is to finally embrace the job of being a full-time educator. I am confident that I am ready to work and do the responsibilities of a teacher and I know that your reputed institution can give me an opportunity to continue to develop myself professionally. I have been working with children in extracurricular activities for over 10 years, volunteering in schools. I am a teacher supported by Teach for Romania, a non-governmental association, part of the global Teach for All network, two years ago graduating the "Academy of Digital Leadership and Pedagogy", Teach for Romania, the first academy of digital pedagogy in Romania, where, in addition to specialized training and effective teaching, I received training on the model of collaborative learning through Edu Apps, intensive training for online teaching. I have a very good command of all technical and pedagogical tools for learning through quality education, online and offline. I participated in various activities such as leadership trainings and community involvement programs. My experience will be my armor to mold my future students not just academically but socially. I believe that instilling the importance of social involvement to the students plays a key role to their success and I am hoping you are going to give me a chance to put in to practice and to share to the students of your institution this thing I strongly believe in.
