About Cody Bateman

For the past 6+ years I’ve been the lead engineer over instrumentation at Grace Medical. It’s my responsibility to bring new products and product families to market from start to finish. I design, prototype, test, and evaluate new product concepts. I create drawings, write manufacturing instructions, source vendors, develop design controls and risk management documents, lead meetings, organize and strategize project schedules, write and perform product validations, create labels and labelling instructions, assist with developing regulatory and quality documentation, and manage the project overall to bring new products to market as efficiently as possible.
